3. Interior Demolition

Interior Demolition is when only the interior needs to be removed. This can be for a partial remodel or an entire interior remodel.

4. Deconstruction

Deconstruction is when our crew will dismantle your property piece by piece when materials need to be saved for future use or use on another project.

The 8 STEPS OF A DEMOLITION PROJECT

1. Site Survey

Our project manager will meet with the property owner so we have a complete understanding on what the owner is looking for. We will give suggestions and go over the process and steps that need to be taken for a successful demolition job.

2. Remediation and Hazardous Materials Inspection

We will inspect the property for any hazardous materials that may need special handling and disposal.

3. Permits

We will obtain the proper City, County and/or State permits needed for the demolition job.

4. Utilities Disconnect

We will work with the local utilities department to get the property disconnected from any and all utilities.

5. Building Clean-Out

All furniture and large appliances will be removed for a total demolition.

6. Demolition

Our experienced team will demo the property with top notch equipment.

7. Debris Removal

The debris will be separated and loaded into dumpsters. The debris will then be hauled off to the appropriate landfill.

8. Grading

The area that the house was once on will be graded along with any area that we disturb during the demolition work. We can also grade the whole property If requested.
